Well according to our crack staffers in Phoenix....the group from The NHL Arena has arrived and all in one piece. We can only imagine the drinking and partying that ensued but probably will pail in comparison to tonight as they go to the Coyotes game. The small group that goes will enjoy a really good game with two teams hungry and fighting for a playoff birth.
Thanks to some of our members already there with decent cell phone and internet access, we have a few pictures up at The Arena. I see they really have gone all out to impress us with their alcohol shopping ability. It will be more fun to see what happens at the game tonight then after. What happens in Phoenix probably will not stay in Phoenix in this case.
The lucky part for this group is they get to see Bobby Hull night which in itself is worth the price of admission. Rumor has it some are going to try and meet Hull. I don't know how successful they will be but I know this group is going to give it more than the old college try. I have seen a few games in Phoenix and I know they are going to enjoy this experience.
If that wasn't enough...I believe some of the group is sticking around for the Monday game against Buffalo....I know Rick will be looking forward to that one especially. I wonder what Paul from One Fan's Perspective will think about all of this. I told him we would send a contingent and we were not kidding. The people on The NHL Arena are nice people and maybe they could meet up...who knows.
So Phoenix fans.....a small army is coming from The NHL Arena...they love hockey and partying and a good time so if Coyote fans want to come meet them....they will be at the game tonight....show them a good time Phoenix!!
