I just wanted to quickly let everyone know that our Hockey Fights Cancer campaign has now raised $150. Thanks to all the bidders and all the people who have made this possible...especially Wayne. The link will lead you back to the first page which is for autographed Devils cards from the past. Yes it brings back some very pleasant memories.
Surprisingly Hockey Fights Cancer is not listed on ebay's non profit organizations that can benefit from auctions. Maybe they should be....why not check it out today. These are great causes that should get more notice not because of the cause itself per se...but because of what the cause helps. My grandaunt died of lung cancer and never smoked a day in her life. Any little bit of money that goes toward research into a cure is a cause that is more than worthy....it is something that should be appreciated.
So take a look at the cards today...whether you are a Devils fans or not...maybe your bid will be the one that gets us one step closer to a cure for a disease that seems so unfair. Thank you.
