Rolo has a quick glove hand even on the bench.
Good evening everyone! The new month begins with a bang as always. Obviously the fallout from the David Frost verdict continues. People are more amazed that Frost was essentially able to manipulate the system. You know what...that is what Frost did best...whether it was people, leagues, or whoever.
Thank you Eric from Sporting News
I have said enough on the subject. I was happy to see a lot of NHL players contributing to the Luc Bourdon Memorial Fund. That is very awesome and noble indeed. You hate to see tragedies of this sort and unfortunately we keep losing so many so soon. My condolences to those who have lost loved ones this year in the hockey world.
Roberto Lungo went out for a skate today....maybe that groin strain is not quite so bad afterall. As always, offering hope for Canucks fans. Also, Brian Rolston and John Madden may be close to coming back for New Jersey. Now if only Martin Brodeur can come back a little bit before March. That would be excellent but only remotely likely I know.
It is nice to see five games on the schedule tonight and I am following them as always looking for the best games and videos out there....so stay tuned for Videos Before Bedtime every night only on The Program. Also, coming soon we will have another Point/Counterpoint so stay tuned for that one as well. The last thing that amazes me is how many hockey bloggers are on twitter....I really had no idea until I looked at my Twitter account....wow. Thanks Greg.
Lastly....just a few more things with the blog and podcast. As everyone knows, we will be on the Fantasy Sports Channel with our Wednesday show....this is a big step for us as we are being recognized not only for our hockey content but our sense of humor as well. Also at the end of the month will be our traditional Year in Review via links. It takes a unique look at the season via blog after blog in a way that is a little easier to digest than just reading a big long blog about the year that was.
So things are heating up as always and at the blog and podcast....we are doing our best to not only keep up but thrive under the conditions. Have a great night everyone!
