Welcome To December!!!!

BallHype: hype it up!

Good morning everyone....and welcome to December. This is a fun month where anything can and usually will happen. There is even a holiday trade freeze that never quite results in any kind of substantive fanfare but people will try to inevitably play it up. That is the nature of the beast.....which does not sound fair at all...does it?

First off, a bon voyage to my co-host and blogger extraordinaire, Rick. He will be in Italy for about 2 weeks and probably the last thing he is going to want to check is the internet....except for maybe his fantasy hockey teams. All kidding aside Rick, drink much wine and have a great time there. Do not forget to not eat the pizza over there unless it is at an American place. Weird but true....just one of those things I learned the hard way when going overseas.

The facebook page has been going really well and I wanted to thank everyone for joining. We will be naming officers soon and all that good stuff basically to assist me a bit in maintaining the blog and helping out whenever possible. Even the Director has to have some sort of life....or something like that.

There will be some new columns popping up as the month goes on. I was told not to reveal them just yet but do not fret...they will be here. Stevens' Insider will also be back every so often as well.

Expect a month packed full of shows and blogs that test our patience as well as hockey's. And thanks once again for making this a great place to call not only home but for making it a part of your day.

Sincerely,

Chris Wassel

Director Of The Program
