The F**K You Fantasy POTN (3/15)

So you thought the light night would not bring us a worthy award winner. You were sadly mistaken! The kid is back! When you flip the bird, be aware that that the bird will come back to haunt everyone. Some players definitely have cheated the bird but now there is one guy who went low and below the call of awful. Did you realize that there was a performance so bad that people wished this guy just stayed home!

Are you ready? Let's go!

DISASTER — Pekka Rinne — Nashville Predators

If you thought the disaster against the Vancouver Canucks was bad enough, then you did not see last night against the Calgary Flames. That is right! Pekka Rinne stopped zero shots.  ZERO! That is nil, zilch, NONE! He gave up two goals on two shots and was yanked in favor of Chris Mason. Mason really did not fare too much better in the 6-3 loss but it was clear that Barry Trotz did not choose wisely. When your "Goals Against Average" rises by two tenths of a goal in no time flat, that is a bad sign. The save percentage has dropped from .929 to .916. Needless to say stopping 8 out of 14 shots the last two outings is not going to endear you to fantasy owners.

So simply Pekka Rinne, we give you the biggest flip of the bird this week. Just F**K YOU!

DISHONORABLE MENTION:

Who gasses a hockey team? The Philadelphia Flyers do!

It was awful and it stunk when the zamboni hurled a huge puff of gas at the New Jersey Devils. Clearly it affected New Jersey in the 2-1 shootout loss especially early on. There are definite suspicions that this gassing was not an accident. It will be a fun thing to find out if photos or a video exist. Stay tuned!

Enjoy your night….there will be more this weekend. FLIP THE BIRD!!!!
